There is (usually!) plenty of parking space on the road outside. Please let me know if you have any difficulty climbing stairs. I can sometimes arrange home visits if people have limited mobility or are unwell. Please note that I may have to make an additional charge to cover my transport and time.
The Sessions:
Initial consultations last for up to half an hour and are free of charge.
Hypnotherapy sessions last for approximately one hour and cost £40.00. Many sessions are recorded so you can take home a CD to reinforce the work at home.
The number of sessions varies with every individual and the changes they want to make. Many problems can be resolved in three or four sessions of hypnotherapy - sometimes even fewer. Inner child work to resolve deeper-seated issues may take a little longer.
Sessions are very informal and provide a restorative break in a busy life as well as an impetus for change and growth.
As well as individual sessions, I run occasional courses in Self-Hypnosis.
